According to the news, Pakistan’s government will final the new auto policy till March 2021. After the policy finalization, the government will approve this new auto policy. The new auto policy will be implemented on 1 July 2021.
According to the news, In new auto policy, The government of Pakistan will focus on car production (localization) instead of car assembling. Pakistan’s government will encourage the new car makers to transfer their technology in Pakistan and give them some tax reliefs.

Pakistan’s government will reduce taxes on budget cars ( below 10 lacs) and encourage companies to launch budget cars in Pakistan.
