Battery and motor
The Zongfa Z6 2000, also referred to by ZhongFa EV as the ZF-70E 2000, is an electric sports-style bike positioned just below the flagship G8-3000. It uses a 2000 W motor and a 72V 50Ah lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery rated IP-65. Official figures are a top speed of 80 km/h and a range of 120 to 130 km per charge. The model page gives a charging time of 4 to 5 hours in its main specification and 4 to 6 hours in another section, using an 87.6V 10A charger. With that speed and range it can handle longer commutes and some travel between nearby towns, not just city riding.
Size and practicality
The Z6 rides on 12-inch wheels front and rear, with front and rear suspension that ZhongFa EV describes as 33-tube units. Ground clearance is quoted at 4 to 6 inches and the maximum load is 200 kg, so it is rated to carry a rider and passenger comfortably. Official dimensions, weight and seat height have not been published, so check the riding position at a dealer, especially if you are tall.
Equipment
There is a single version. It has disc brakes at both the front and rear, LED lighting and an LED dashboard that shows speed, battery level and other riding information. The controller is listed as an 18-tube unit. Colour choices are blue, red and black. The official page does not mention ABS, USB charging or keyless start, so these should not be assumed.

Which version to buy
With only one version on sale, the question is whether the Z6 is the right model for you. In our view, it offers the best balance in the ZhongFa range between performance and price: it is much faster than the scooters and costs far less than the G8-3000. Compared with the CZ 125, which costs slightly less and has bigger 17-inch wheels and a conventional motorcycle shape, the Z6 adds 10 km/h of top speed and a sportier look. Riders who mostly travel on rough roads may prefer the CZ 125’s larger wheels, while those wanting speed and style should book a test ride on the Z6.
