Hi-Speed Victor overview and our opinion

Battery and motor

The Victor uses a 1500-watt BLDC hub motor (Jinyuxing 35H) with a 12-MOSFET intelligent controller. Hi-Speed quotes a top speed of 55 to 60 km/h and a range of 90 to 100 km. The battery is a 76.8-volt, 32 Ah lithium iron phosphate pack from Phylion with an integrated battery management system, rated for 1,200 cycles and described as non-flammable. With the 72V 10A charger, Hi-Speed says a full charge takes about 3.5 hours, which is quick for a scooter in this price range.

Size and practicality

The Victor is a larger scooter at 1944 × 707 × 1198 mm, with 140 to 150 mm of ground clearance. It rides on 12-inch aluminium rims with 90/90-12 tubeless tyres rated at 8-ply, and stops with disc brakes front and rear. A rear carrier is fitted, and a rear-view mirror and tool kit come in the box. Hi-Speed does not publish weight or seat height.

Equipment

There is one version. Standard equipment includes LED headlight with daytime running lights, an LCD digital meter with battery percentage, a USB charging port, a side-stand sensor, reverse mode, cruise control, an anti-theft alarm, two remotes and two NFC cards.

Warranty and price

Hi-Speed gives an 18-month or 15,000 km motor warranty and a 36-month or 40,000 km battery warranty. Prices are not published on the official site; the October 2026 JS Bank instalment list prices the Victor at Rs 295,000, which you can spread over 12 months at 0% markup with a JS Bank credit card according to the bank’s offer.

Charging and running costs

The 72V 10A charger supplied with the Victor is what makes the 3.5-hour charging time possible, so make sure you have a suitable socket at home or work. As an electric scooter it needs no petrol, engine oil or tuning, and the 36-month or 40,000 km battery warranty covers the most expensive part for the first years of ownership. In our opinion, ask the dealer what a replacement battery costs after the warranty ends, so you can plan for it.

Is it worth buying?

In our opinion, the Victor is the pick of Hi-Speed’s scooters for riders who cover more distance or ride on faster urban roads. A 3.5-hour charge, up to 100 km of claimed range, 55 to 60 km/h top speed, twin disc brakes and a long battery warranty make it feel like a genuine petrol-bike replacement for city use. At Rs 295,000 it costs more than the Ninja, but the bigger battery and faster charging justify the gap if you ride daily. It is still not designed for motorway riding.
