The Hi-Speed Juke-350 is a compact 350-watt electric two-wheeler with a 28 km/h top speed, priced at Rs 120,000. JS Bank lists it as a 'Pedler', which suggests a pedal-assisted, bicycle-style design.

The Juke-350 has a 350-watt motor with a 6-tube controller and a top speed of 28 km/h, the lowest in Hi-Speed’s range. Charging takes 6 to 8 hours and the battery is rated for 1,000 charging cycles. Hi-Speed does not publish the battery type, voltage, capacity or range. PakWheels-linked sites mention about 35 km of range, but that is not a Hi-Speed figure. With this little power, the Juke is meant for very short, slow journeys.
This is the smallest Hi-Speed two-wheeler at 1390 × 670 × 1000 mm, and it runs on 14 × 2.125 tyres, a bicycle-style size. Braking is by drums at both ends. The compact size makes it easy to store in a flat, a shop or a narrow corridor. Hi-Speed does not publish its weight or seat height.
There is one version. Hi-Speed lists an LED headlight and daytime running lights. Official photos show at least a brown finish among the colour options, but Hi-Speed does not list colour names. There is no mention of a digital meter, USB port, reverse or alarm. Hi-Speed does not say whether pedals are fitted; JS Bank’s description of it as a ‘Pedler’ suggests they are, so check at the dealer.
Hi-Speed gives a 12-month motor warranty; the battery warranty is not stated. Prices are not published on the official site. The October 2026 JS Bank instalment list prices the ‘SR EV Scooty Pedler 350 Juke’ at Rs 120,000, while PakWheels lists the Juke-350 at Rs 115,000.
The Juke-350 is meant to be charged overnight from a normal socket, and as an electric two-wheeler it needs no petrol, engine oil or tuning, so daily running costs are very low. The battery is the main long-term cost, and since Hi-Speed does not state its type or warranty, ask the dealer for both, along with the price of a replacement.
In our opinion, the Juke-350 is best for students, older riders or anyone who needs a light, simple electric runabout for trips of a few kilometres at low speed, and who wants something easier to manage than a scooter. Its 28 km/h top speed and drum brakes mean it should stay on quiet local roads rather than busy main roads. Riders who need to keep up with traffic should look at a 1000-watt scooter such as the RMI 300 Neo instead.
