The Hawk is driven by a 650-watt Keya differential motor with a 15-tube controller. Hi-Speed claims up to 35 km/h and a range of 60 to 70 km, the longest of its three-wheelers, thanks to a larger 60V 30 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery from Phylion. The pack is rated for 1,000 cycles and described as non-flammable. Charging takes up to 8 hours with the supplied 60V 4A charger.
At 2070 × 1040 × 1660 mm, the Hawk is the tallest and widest Hi-Speed two- or three-wheeler, because it carries a roof and a front screen to protect the riders from sun and rain. Ground clearance is 120 mm, and it rides on 3.0-10 tubeless tyres on 10-inch aluminium rims. Braking is by drums front and rear. It seats two. The roof makes it far more comfortable than an open trike in Pakistan’s summer heat and monsoon rain, but check that it fits your parking space and gate.
There is one version. Equipment includes LED headlight and daytime running lights, an LCD digital meter with battery percentage, reverse mode, an anti-theft lock and alarm, two remotes, two NFC cards, a rear-view mirror and the roof with front screen. A USB port, Bluetooth, a side-stand sensor and cruise control are not fitted. PakWheels lists green and white among its colours.
Hi-Speed offers 18 months or 15,000 km on the motor and 36 months or 40,000 km on the battery. Prices are not on the official site. The October 2026 JS Bank instalment list prices the ‘SR EV Scooty i650 Hawk’ at Rs 385,000, while PakWheels still shows Rs 360,000.
The Hawk is designed for overnight charging from a normal socket using its 60V 4A charger, and as an electric vehicle it needs no petrol, engine oil or tuning. The 36-month or 40,000 km battery warranty covers its most expensive part for the first three years. In our opinion, ask the dealer about service support and parts for the roof and screen as well as the motor.
In our opinion, the Hawk is the most practical of Hi-Speed’s electric trikes because the roof and screen make it usable in all weather, and its bigger battery gives the most range. It suits elderly riders, families and shopkeepers making short local trips. The drum brakes, 35 km/h top speed and high price are the trade-offs, so it is best kept to quiet roads.
