All three versions use Millat’s 4.41 engine, a 4.1-litre, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated diesel with direct injection and a water-cooled oil cooler. It is rated at 75 hp (BS) at 2,200 rpm with 276 Nm at 1,400 rpm, and Millat estimates 66 hp at the PTO. Millat highlights a low-noise design with a mid-mounted balancer to cut vibration. Drive goes through a dual damper clutch with cerametallic lining to an 8-forward, 2-reverse sliding-spur gearbox, with a top speed of 28.6 km/h on 16.9/14-30 rear tyres.
The MF 375 and MF 375 SE share identical published dimensions: 3,640 mm long, 1,965 mm wide and 2,480 mm over the exhaust, with a 2,190 mm wheelbase, 475 mm of ground clearance and a weight of 2,395 kg. The turning circle is 8,270 mm. The 4WD is longer at 3,810 mm on a 2,260 mm wheelbase, weighs 2,895 kg, has 450 mm of clearance and needs 9,360 mm to turn. Every version has a 108-litre fuel tank, more than double the tank on Millat’s 50-60 hp tractors. Front tyres are 7.50-16 on the 2WD models and 11.2-24 on the 4WD.
Standard on all versions are hydrostatic power steering, hydraulically actuated oil-immersed multi-disc brakes, a mechanical differential lock, a straddle rear axle with epicyclic reduction and draft, position and response control hydraulics lifting 2,145 kg. The live PTO runs at 540 rpm. Standard kit includes a weight frame, tool box, USB port, check and stabiliser chains, spring-suspension seat, flat-top fenders, rear-view mirror and wider heat shield. The 4WD adds a heavy-duty driven front axle, which Millat says improves traction and drawbar pull while reducing tyre wear. Millat’s official SE sheet matches the standard 2WD, and the site does not explain what sets the SE apart.
Millat does not print a warranty period on these specification sheets, so check the terms with your dealer.
Our view: the MF 375 SE looks like the best value, costing Rs 164,160 less than the standard 2WD with the same published specification, but ask the dealer exactly what is different before booking. The standard MF 375 is only Rs 149,340 below the MF 385 2WD, which offers 85 hp for little extra, so many buyers will find the bigger tractor better value. The 4WD costs Rs 1,450,080 more than the 2WD and is worth it only if traction in soft or wet ground is a daily problem.
