Skoda Wants to Launch Its Cars in Pakistan (2021)

After the 2016-2021 Pakistan auto policy, many new car companies came to Pakistan and successfully launched their vehicles. Now, we are hearing that Skoda company is showing interest in the Pakistani market. below you can see the source of this news.

Pakistan Embassy Czech Republic said on its facebook post:

A Skoda Motors delegation led by Mr. Christian Seelen, Head of Global Regions along with Mr. Petr Janeba, Head of Sales Asia, and Mr. Ondřej Cerny Head of New Markets met with Ambassador Muhammad Khalid Jamali & Mr. Hasan Aslam, Head of Czech Pak Business Chambers. Areas of mutual interest were discussed. The Ambassador apprised the delegation of the potential for Skoda as a Green Field Project in Pakistan in the SEZ’s being set up in Gwadar, Faisalabad, and Rasakai. He also informed them of special concessions for hybrid/ electric vehicles.
