The Qingqi Pervaz 150 is a 150cc three-wheel loader rickshaw from Plum Qingqi Motors Limited. The company was formed in Pakistan in 1994 and says it builds its two- and three-wheelers locally. Apart from the 150cc engine size in its name, the official website publishes no engine, gearbox or fuel-economy figures for the Pervaz. We could not find a reliable spec sheet from another source either, so every technical detail should be confirmed with the dealer.
Load capacity, cargo-bed size, overall dimensions, tyre size and fuel tank size are not published on the official website. For a working loader these are the numbers that matter most. Ask the dealer to show the payload rating on the vehicle’s documents, and measure the cargo bed against the goods you usually carry. The company says its main aim is economical public transport and material handling. Its daily-care advice suits loader work: check the tyre pressure of all wheels every day and the brakes at the start of each trip, and make sure there is enough fuel for the planned distance.
The Pervaz appears as a single version on Qingqi’s loader page, shown in a photograph only. There is no official equipment list. Confirm items such as reverse gear, electric start, brake type, suspension and cargo-box construction with the dealer before you buy, and get them written on the invoice or booking form.
Qingqi says buyers are supported by a nationwide sales, service and spare parts network, including warranty shops and company customer service centres. It does not publish warranty length or terms. Its owner advice includes an 800 km running-in period below 40 km/h. It also lists a free service covering an oil change, air filter and spark plug cleaning, carburettor and fuel filter cleaning, and tightening of the major bolts and control cables. On a vehicle that will carry heavy loads, keeping to this schedule matters.
Only one Pervaz version is listed. Our opinion: compare it directly with Qingqi’s own MT 150 loaders and with rival 150cc loaders on written price quotes, payload rating and warranty. Without published figures, the dealer’s paperwork is your only firm basis for comparison. An older third-party price exists, but it is several years out of date, so do not use it for budgeting.
