Engine and gearbox

The Qingqi MT 150 is a 150cc three-wheel loader rickshaw built in Pakistan by Plum Qingqi Motors Limited. Qingqi’s own website lists the model but gives no technical data. Spec sheets on Gari.pk and Driver.pk describe a four-stroke, air-cooled 150cc petrol engine with a wet multi-disc clutch, self and kick start, and a reverse gear; Driver.pk says its sheet follows a company advertisement. PakWheels lists a five-speed gearbox. Treat these details as unconfirmed until a dealer verifies them.

Size and practicality

According to the same third-party spec sheets, the MT 150 is 3,470 mm long, 1,310 mm wide and 2,260 mm tall, carries 11 litres of fuel and is rated for a maximum load of 400 kg. The cargo box is listed at 1,995 mm long, 1,310 mm wide and 290 mm deep inside. The rear has two driven wheels on leaf-spring suspension, with a shock absorber at the front, and brakes are listed as mechanical at both ends. Our opinion: those figures make it a light-duty loader, and anyone carrying heavy building materials should compare payload ratings carefully.

Equipment by variant

Qingqi’s loader page shows two MT versions: the Delux MT 150cc Loader and the MT-150cc Super Loader. It does not say how they differ. The third-party spec sheets simply call the model MT 150, so it is unclear which version they describe. Ask the dealer for each version’s equipment list, payload rating and cargo-box size.

Warranty and after-sales

Qingqi says it backs its vehicles with countrywide sales, service and spare parts outlets, warranty shops and company-owned service centres, but it publishes no warranty period or terms. Its care advice calls for an 800 km running-in period at no more than 40 km/h. It also lists a free service covering an oil change, air filter and spark plug cleaning, carburettor and fuel filter cleaning, and valve clearance adjustment. Our opinion: with mechanical brakes, regular brake checks are especially worthwhile when the loader is full.

Which variant to buy

Our opinion: because neither prices nor equipment differences are published, start with the Delux MT. Move up to the Super Loader only if the dealer can show a concrete gain in writing, such as a higher payload or better brakes. Some websites still quote a price of about Rs 230,000 that dates from 2020. That is well below the roughly Rs 300,000 one 2026 price guide quotes for a Qingqi 150cc loader, so do not budget on old figures.
