New Asia NACL 100 overview and our opinion

Price

New Asia publishes no ex-factory price list on its official website, so the NACL 100 has no confirmed price as of October 2026. Ask an authorised New Asia dealer for a written quote that lists any extras included.

Engine and gearbox

The NACL 100 has the smallest engine in New Asia’s NACL cargo loader range. The official page lists a 97cc engine with a maximum net power of 7.9 kW, about 10.6 hp, at 7,500 rpm, plus water cooling and a multi-plate wet clutch. The tank holds 12 litres, much more than the 5-litre tank on New Asia’s 200cc rickshaws. Please note: a power figure this high is unusual for a 97cc engine, and the larger NACL 150 and NACL 200 are listed as air-cooled. We recommend confirming the power and cooling details with the dealer. Torque, top speed and fuel economy are not published.

Size and practicality

The NACL 100 is a three-wheel cargo loader for light goods. New Asia does not publish its payload, load-bed size, overall dimensions or tyre size, and the official gallery reuses images from other NACL models. In our opinion, a 100cc loader suits short urban trips with lighter loads, such as small shops, vegetable sellers or parcel runs, rather than heavy building materials. Measure the load bed and ask for the rated payload before you buy.

Equipment by variant

Only one version of the NACL 100 is listed. The page has a colour selector but no colour names in the text, and New Asia does not publish an equipment list. Treat any extra items, such as a canopy, extra leaf springs or heavy-duty tyres, as dealer options and get them written on the invoice.

Warranty

The official website does not give warranty terms. Ask for the warranty in writing and check that the New Asia dealer nearest to you will honour it.

Which variant to buy

There is one NACL 100, so compare it with the NACL 150. Our opinion: the NACL 100 is only worth choosing if it is clearly cheaper and your loads are genuinely light. The NACL 150 has an official 800 kg load rating, published fuel economy and a larger 18-litre tank, which makes it the safer all-round choice for most buyers. If you do pick the NACL 100, avoid overloading it, because New Asia has not published a safe payload figure for this model.
