The Yadea GT70 Cyber is a long-range electric scooter priced at Rs 479,000 with one battery and Rs 579,000 with two. It uses a 2,000W motor with Yadea’s TTFAR technology and 130 Nm of torque. The standard version has a 72V 50Ah lithium iron phosphate battery, the largest single pack in Yadea’s Pakistani scooter range, with a quoted range of 110 km. The dual-battery version adds a 72V 30Ah pack for a quoted 170 km. Yadea quotes a 65 km/h top speed, although one specification table on its site says 60 km/h. A full charge takes about eight hours, so overnight charging is the norm. Yadea’s own review names the long charging time and the higher price compared with entry-level scooters as the main drawbacks.
At 2,080 mm long, 715 mm wide and 1,175 mm tall, with a 1,370 mm wheelbase, the GT70 is the longest scooter Yadea sells in Pakistan. Ground clearance is around 150 mm, which helps on broken roads and speed breakers, and Yadea lists the empty weight at 93 kg with a 14 to 16 degree climbing ability. A reinforced frame, an ergonomic dual-texture seat and tubeless tyres on alloy rims complete the package. Its cyber-punk styling stands out clearly from typical scooters on Pakistani roads.
Both versions share the same equipment. There are front and rear disc brakes, with traction control to reduce wheel slip in the rain. A high-resolution TFT screen shows speed, battery status and live riding data and supports built-in navigation. Smartphone app connectivity, smart keyless unlocking and anti-theft protection are also standard. The only difference between the versions is the second battery, which adds range and Rs 100,000 to the price. Colours are Starry Black and Turbo Orange.
Yadea’s GT70 pages do not state a warranty period. Ask the dealer for the battery and motor warranty terms in writing before booking. Yadea says it has more than 120 dealerships across Pakistan, including 3S showrooms that handle sales, service and spare parts.
Our view: the single-battery GT70 already offers a quoted 110 km, which covers most daily commutes, so it is the better value. Choose the dual-battery version only if you regularly ride more than 100 km a day or make trips between nearby cities. Riders who do not need this much range or technology can save money with the Velax or the T5L.
