The Y06 has a 350W motor and a 48V 20Ah portable lithium battery. Revoo quotes up to 30 km/h and up to 60 km on one charge. Charging takes 7 to 8 hours and uses about 0.96 units of electricity per full charge. A 6-tube vector controller runs the motor.
As on the Y04, the battery can be taken out and charged indoors, which is useful for riders who live in apartments or park in shared areas.
Revoo says the Y06 is made for a single rider. It weighs just 50 kg and has 150 mm of ground clearance, 15 mm more than the Y04. There is a 15-litre seat bucket for small items, a comfortable rear footrest and a scratch-protected chassis. Tyres are 60/100-10 vacuum (tubeless) units, with drum brakes at both ends and mechanical suspension front and rear. The front light is rated at 8,000 cd.
Revoo does not publish the Y06’s dimensions or seat height.
One version is sold at Rs 151,000. Its standout feature is NFC unlocking, which lets the rider unlock the scooter with a card or tag instead of a key. It also gets the removable battery and 15-litre storage. Revoo does not list disc brakes or a digital display.
Revoo publishes how many units of electricity each battery takes to charge fully. Using the example rate of Rs 30 per unit that Revoo uses on its Pakistan website, the Y06 uses about 0.96 units, roughly Rs 29 per full charge or about Rs 0.48 per km at its claimed maximum range. Revoo notes that real costs depend on local tariffs and riding habits.
The larger 20Ah battery gives the Y06 about two thirds more stored energy than the Y04, which explains its longer range, but it also means a slightly longer charge time of 7 to 8 hours.
Both the battery and the motor carry a 24-month warranty.
Our opinion: the Y06 makes sense for a solo commuter who needs a removable battery and more range than the Y04 offers. It adds 15 km of range, storage and NFC unlocking for Rs 32,000 more. However, it costs only Rs 16,000 less than the A11, which is twice as powerful, faster and seats two, so riders who can charge at their parking spot should compare both before deciding.
