Both versions use a 1000W motor with a 12-tube vector controller and reach 35 to 45 km/h. The difference is the battery. The standard A11 has a 60V 26Ah graphene battery rated for 65 to 80 km, takes 6 to 9 hours to charge and uses about 1.56 units per full charge. The A11 LFP has a 60.8V 30Ah lithium iron phosphate battery rated for 75 to 90 km, charges in 3 to 3.5 hours and uses about 1.82 units.
The lithium battery makes a big difference to weight: the A11 LFP weighs 70 kg against 90 kg for the graphene model. Both have 150 mm of ground clearance, a low 740 mm saddle and a 580 mm seat that Revoo says fits two riders. There is 30 litres of storage, a heavy-duty frame and a multi-purpose rear grab rail.
Suspension is hydraulic front and rear, and both wheels use 3.0-10 vacuum (tubeless) tyres. Brakes are drums at both ends.
Equipment is shared. Both get LED lighting rated at 33,700 cd, a 6.5-inch display, the grab rail and 30-litre storage. The only differences are the battery, range, charging time, weight and warranty.
Revoo publishes how many units of electricity each battery takes to charge fully. Using the example rate of Rs 30 per unit that Revoo uses on its Pakistan website, the A11 (graphene) uses about 1.56 units, roughly Rs 47 per full charge or about Rs 0.59 per km at its claimed maximum range; the A11 LFP uses about 1.82 units, roughly Rs 55 per full charge or about Rs 0.61 per km at its claimed maximum range. Revoo notes that real costs depend on local tariffs and riding habits.
The faster-charging LFP battery also makes daytime top-ups more practical. A rider who reaches the office with a low battery can recover most of the charge during a working morning, which is not possible with the graphene version’s 6 to 9 hour charge time.
The A11 LFP’s battery is covered for 36 months, compared with 24 months for the graphene battery. Both get 24 months on the motor.
Our opinion: the A11 LFP is the better buy if your budget allows the extra Rs 38,000. It is 20 kg lighter, charges in about half the time, goes further and has a battery warranty that is a year longer. The graphene A11 still makes sense if price matters most and you can charge overnight at home. Neither version has disc brakes, so riders who carry a pillion often may prefer the A12 with its front disc.
