The JE-70L Fury combines a 1500 watt motor with a 60V 30Ah lithium battery. Jolta quotes a top speed of 60 km/h and a range of 70 to 80 km per charge. Its biggest practical advantage over the cheaper Wolf and Fox is charging time: Jolta quotes just 3 to 4 hours, roughly half of what the drum-brake G models need. Jolta also claims a running cost of about PKR 15 per full charge, a figure that will depend on your electricity tariff.
Jolta has not published dimensions, weight, seat height or ground clearance for the Fury. It is a motorcycle-style electric bike, so it should feel familiar to anyone moving from a 70cc petrol bike. The quick charging time is useful if you cannot leave the bike plugged in all night, for example if you top up at work or at a shop during the day. Cruise control and a reverse gear are included, and Jolta also lists an NFC card; the page does not explain exactly what it does, so ask the dealer to demonstrate it.
There is one variant, with front and rear drum brakes. Equipment listed on the official page includes cruise control, reverse gear, a digital speedometer and an NFC card. Disc brakes and alloy wheels are not offered on the Fury; if you want those on a JE-70L, you need the alloy edition of the JE-70L SE BOLT, which costs considerably more. The Fury also shares the 60 km/h top speed of every other 1500W Jolta motorcycle.
Jolta lists a 24 month warranty for the Fury, four months longer than the Wolf and Fox. Confirm separately whether the battery is covered for the same period, as the page does not say. Jolta’s website also promotes doorstep after-sales service and genuine spare parts, so ask your nearest dealer how service visits are arranged in your city.
The Fury is sold in a single version at Rs 239,900. On Jolta’s website its published specifications are identical to the JE-100L Thunder, which costs Rs 10,000 more, so the choice between those two comes down to the look and feel you prefer. Our opinion: the Fury is the sensible middle of the range if you want quick lithium charging and a digital speedometer without paying for the BOLT. If range matters most, the spoke-wheel BOLT costs Rs 25,000 more and lists a much larger 60V 50Ah LFP battery with 110 to 120 km of range, which we think is worth the extra for riders who cover long distances every day.
