The Flash uses a 1500-2200W brushless motor and a 73.6V 40Ah (3kWh) lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery. Crown quotes a top speed of 60-70 km/h and a range of 100-120 km in eco mode. Charging with the supplied 72V 10A charger takes 4 to 5 hours from a home socket. Four speed modes let the rider choose between economy, standard and performance settings, and Crown says the digital display supports cruise control.
With a net weight of 110 kg and a load capacity of up to 180 kg, the Flash is built to carry a passenger or cargo. It rides on a 90/90-12 front tyre and a wider 120/70-10 rear, and Crown specifies tubeless tyres for lower maintenance. Strong side and rear guard frames protect the bodywork and add stability when carrying a pillion, and a USB port is provided for charging a phone. The handlebar is described as ergonomic with easy-to-reach controls.
There is one version. Standard equipment includes a combined braking system (CBS) with dual disc brakes, a side-stand sensor that cuts the drive when the stand is down, an anti-theft alarm, NFC key card unlock, a sharp LED headlamp and a digital dashboard showing ride data and battery level. Crown also gives its ToughGuard protection as a complimentary gift. The official FAQ lists colour options of grey, white, black, red and blue.
Crown’s standard LFP coverage applies: 4 years or 48,000 km on the battery, 3 years or 36,000 km on the motor and controller (repairable warranty) and 1 year or 12,000 km on body parts. As with Crown’s other models, registration is required and installment plans are offered through partner banks.
The Flash charges from an ordinary 220V home socket, using the supplied 72V 10A charger, so no special wall box is needed. Crown sells through a dealer network it says reaches more than 80 cities, and lists installment plans with MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Faysal Bank, Qist Bazaar and AlfaMall.
On paper the Flash shares its motor, battery, range and price with the standard Champion, so the choice largely comes down to styling and details. In our opinion, the Flash is the pick if you value its USB port, cruise control, tubeless tyres and wider rear tyre, while the Champion range adds the option of a bigger PRO battery. For daily city commuting of up to about 80 km, the Flash is a sensible, well-equipped choice at this price. Riders who regularly use fast roads may prefer the quicker Raftaar.
