The Nora NEO is a small four-seat electric hatchback. Nora’s dealer price circular dated 20 October 2026 lists one version, the NEO Comfort, with a 23.1 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery and a claimed range of 280 km. Earlier specifications list a 4 kW motor driving the rear wheels, a 72-volt electrical system and a top speed of 70 km/h. A full charge is quoted at 6 to 8 hours, and no DC fast-charging figure has been published. Reports say it is classified as an L7 quadricycle rather than a normal passenger car.
The NEO measures 3,300 mm long, 1,600 mm wide and 1,600 mm tall, with a 2,300 mm wheelbase and 180 mm of ground clearance. According to Gari.pk, that makes it 95 mm shorter than a Suzuki Alto but 125 mm wider and 110 mm taller. It has five doors, seats four people and rides on 175/70 R13 tyres. Boot space has not been published.
The Comfort comes with a 9-inch HD touchscreen, keyless entry, push-button start, a multifunction steering wheel, an electronic parking brake and disc brakes on all four wheels. Reports also list power windows on all four doors, central locking and a reversing camera. Nora has not published an airbag count or a full safety list, so check this with the dealer.
Nora has outlined a battery warranty with a three-year replacement guarantee plus an additional seven-year cell-replacement warranty. Read the official warranty document for mileage limits and conditions before paying.
The NEO Comfort is listed at Rs 2,499,999. This is a provisional ex-warehouse price before GST, freight and registration, and the price on the invoice date applies. Booking requires Rs 500,000, and delivery is quoted at 30 to 60 days after payment.
Only the Comfort is listed, so the choice is simple. Our opinion: compared with the Nora E30 Eco+ REEV, the NEO costs Rs 250,000 more but gives a much larger battery, a bigger body, larger wheels and more modern equipment such as keyless entry and push-button start. If most of your driving is in the city and you can charge at home, the NEO looks like the best-rounded Nora. Its 70 km/h top speed still rules it out for motorway travel.
