Suzuki GR 150 overview and our opinion

Engine and gearbox

The Suzuki GR 150, launched in Pakistan in December 2017, has a Euro II-compliant 150cc, four-stroke, air-cooled OHC single-cylinder engine. Bore and stroke are 57 × 58.6 mm and the compression ratio is 9.5:1. Maximum output is 8.2 kW (about 11 hp) at 8,000 rpm, with 11.5 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. A five-speed gearbox and wet multi-plate clutch are standard, and it has both a self-starter and a kick-starter. PakWheels quotes a fuel average of about 45 km/l.

Size and practicality

This is the largest bike in Suzuki’s local range at 2,055 mm long, 750 mm wide and 1,075 mm tall, with a 1,310 mm wheelbase and 165 mm of ground clearance. Seat height is 765 mm and dry weight is 133 kg. In our opinion, the 12.5-litre fuel tank, stair-type seat and long wheelbase make it the most touring-friendly of Suzuki’s four bikes. Tyres are 2.75-18 at the front and 90/90-18 at the rear, and engine oil capacity is listed at 1.09 litres.

Equipment

The GR 150 comes in one version. It adds a front disc brake with a rear drum, alloy wheels, and an instrument cluster that combines an analogue speedometer and tachometer with digital gear-position and fuel readouts. It uses a diamond-type frame, a telescopic front fork and a swing-arm rear suspension. It is available in Black and Red.

Price and payment

At Rs 552,900, the GR 150 is the most expensive Suzuki motorcycle on the current list. ProPakistani reported in April 2026 that Suzuki offers it on a zero-markup instalment plan, with monthly payments starting at Rs 15,400 depending on the advance paid.

Published warranty terms were not available to us, so confirm coverage at the dealership before paying.

Which one to buy

With only one variant, the choice is between Black and Red. In our opinion, the GR 150 suits riders who want a comfortable, stable 150cc bike for highways and longer trips, with the front disc brake that the GS 150 lacks. Its main rival, the Honda CB 150F, is listed for less, so ride both before deciding. Owners on PakWheels have mentioned stiff shifting in the first three gears and vibration above 5,000 rpm, so check these on a test ride.
