The Sqube is one of evee’s most powerful scooters, with a 2000-watt electric motor and a 72V 38Ah Chilwee graphene battery. evee claims a top speed of 65 km/h and a range of 80 to 90 km per charge. Charging takes 7 to 8 hours according to the specification panel, and evee rates the battery at about 300 charging cycles. Its quoted top speed matches the lower end of the S1 Air’s 65 to 70 km/h and is well above the 50 km/h of the Gen-Z, so in our opinion the Sqube should feel more confident on wider city roads.
evee calls the Sqube a bold urban scooter. The official website does not publish its dimensions, weight, seat height, ground clearance or load capacity, and there is no written description of its storage space. In our opinion, the higher top speed and larger battery make it a better fit than evee’s cheaper models for riders who commute longer distances across a city, but buyers should inspect the seat, storage and build quality at a dealership before booking.
The Sqube is sold in a single graphene version. evee’s product page has a features section, but at the time of checking it did not list any features, so we cannot confirm items such as disc brakes, LED lighting, riding modes or reverse gear from the official website. Ask the dealer for a written equipment list, particularly the brake set-up, as this matters on a scooter capable of 65 km/h.
evee’s published warranty for the Sqube covers the motor for 12 months, the battery for 20 months or 15,000 km, the controller for 6 months, the frame for 24 months and the charger for 3 months. This is the same structure as the LX and S1 3W. It is shorter than the cover on the S1 and S1 Air, which get 24 months on the motor, 20 months on the battery and controller and 36 months on the frame.
There is only one Sqube. Its price of Rs 239,000 sits between the graphene S1 at Rs 206,000 and the graphene S1 Air at Rs 275,000. In our opinion, the Sqube makes sense if you want a 2000-watt motor and a 65 km/h top speed for less than the S1 Air. However, the S1 Air offers more power, faster charging and a longer motor and frame warranty, so buyers who can stretch their budget should compare the two closely.
