The Smart Pro sits in the middle of United’s Pro electric scooter range. United lists an 800W to 1,000W motor and a 60V 28Ah graphene battery, which works out to roughly 1.68 kWh of storage, a little more than the Classy Pro. The claimed full charge time is 4 to 5 hours, so a normal overnight charge at home is enough. Like all of United’s scooters it is twist-and-go with no gears. United rates every Pro scooter for the same 4-to-5-hour charge, so the Smart Pro’s extra capacity comes without a longer wait.
United claims 65 to 70 km on a full charge and a top speed of 60 to 65 km/h on a plain road. That is a modest step up from the Classy Pro on both counts, making the Smart Pro a better fit for slightly longer city commutes. As with any electric scooter, real range falls with a passenger, heavy loads, hills and hard acceleration, so plan your daily distance with a safety margin.
United lists cruise control, an anti-theft alarm and a mobile charging port for the Smart Pro, and its electric vehicle menu shows a front disc brake with tubeless tyres. These match the features on the other Pro scooters, so the main differences are the motor, battery, range and speed. United does not publish dimensions, weight, seat height, storage or lighting details for this model.
United does not publish a price for the Smart Pro, and the figures on other websites disagree widely: PriceOye lists Rs 260,000, PakBikePrice Rs 235,000 and an online retailer Rs 172,000. Because we cannot confirm which is correct, we have not listed a price. Ask a United dealer for the current ex-factory price. United also does not publish battery or motor warranty terms, so get those in writing too.
There is a single version. Our view: the Smart Pro makes sense if the Classy Pro’s range feels too tight for your daily routine, but your trips are still mainly within the city. Whether it is good value depends entirely on the price you are quoted, given how far apart the published figures are. If a dealer quotes near the top of that range, compare it carefully with the Sharp Pro, which United rates for more speed and range, and with electric scooters from Yadea, Evee and Metro. Check the battery warranty and the nearest service point before deciding.
